14.炒好的羊排倒入烧开的高压锅中,继续大火烧开,撇去浮沫

15.红枣洗净,党参洗净切段,倒入高压锅中

17.盖好高压锅的锅盖,大火烧开后转中火,高压锅上汽后继续煮15分钟左右即可关火(关火后不要急着去打开锅盖,让其自己慢慢放完气后再开盖)

小窍门&温馨提示
1、羊肉经过焯水、过冷、炒干、慢炖这样的过程,可以使做出来的羊肉没有什么臊味;
2、羊肉中也可加入当归或甘蔗,这样可以帮助更好地去除臊味;
3、因为使用的是高压锅,所以煲羊肉汤的时间无需太长,如果是普通的锅,则需适量延长煲煮的时间。
